Trajectome is a collaborative project between mental healthcare professionals and scientists who will gather their efforts for the development of new tools using existing data.
It will especially bring new tools to allow the integration of heterogeneous existing database as well as extraction of structured data from unstructured texts from real life clinical practice taking advantage of the long term prospectively collected data from the Health Data Warehouse (HDW) specialized in psychiatry. These developments will be integrated to construct multimodal predicting tools that will be rapidly transferable to the clinical practice and will guide decision making that have a major societal positive impact. The domains of application are in line with the priority given for mental health, and more especially child and adolescent psychiatry, and neurodevelopmental disorders with the aim of better prevention and predictions of outcomes.
